just took the wing off my 98. this is for the people who have the trunk lids with the oval holes in the back for the wing.
go to Advanced Auto Parts of any other local auto parts stoor and get GM trim/panel retainers. the ones I got were sold in a set of 2, and the part number is 45092. the best part is, they come in a glossy black already, so if you have a black car you dont even need to paint them. also, the cover up the crappy oval holes in the back beautifully. just add some silicone, and your all set. total cost was about $4.00.
