Sorry, I know this is like my third tire thread, but I keep on changing my mind...

I decided to sell my 18" bullitt's and bought 2 17x10.5 deep dish bullitt wheels. I will be keeping the stock front wheels/tires.

I have a couple of choices for the 17x10.5's...

Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 285/40/17 $210 per tire
or..
BFG KDW's 285/40/17 $185 per tire

I don't want 315/35/17, so no need to bring that up :D

Which tire would you get? I know they're both excellent tires, but is it worth spending the extra $25 per tire for the Goodyear's? Any idea which tire runs wider?

Why? Is it a weight issue? Cost? Clearance?
I am not making a stand for the 315's, I am just curious if there is some issue that is worth knowing.

:stupid: Why not 315's? Unless you have clearencs issues because of your exhaust, I don't see why you wouldn't want them. The 315's will give you an awesome contact pattern for the track or even on the street, that is if you plan on running it. I'd go with 315/35/17 DR's, that just my opinion though!

Yea They are 110 a piece but don't last but 15 to 20 thousand miles and The Wet Traction Sucks with these tires! I get much better wet traction with the stock rims and BFG Traction T/A 225 Width tires.
