Tire sizes for 17x9 and 17x10.5

Im looking at getting new wheels. What size tires go on 17x9s and 17x10.5s?

i had 275 front and 315 rear. the fronts were alittle too wide. i think 255 would suffice!!

i have 17x9 with 265 and its PERFECTLY flush with the rim and looks really good. just make sure you dont go to small because then it will look like crap.

I have 275/40/17 all around on 17x9 rims. It's a little much for the front, I do get a little rubbing near lock.
