Right now I have 275 50 15 bfg radial t/a tires on my draglites for daily driving. Im in need of replacing them because they look like slicks now. Is there a similar tire that has better traction with equal or better wear life. Cost is an issue. So something similar that wount burn down the bank is preffered.

General uhp are great but they are a summer tire. If you dip below freezing in the colder months you cant ride on them.

Just searched them. Smallest I could find are 16's. My Welds are 15's...

and I live in Florida. No worries on cold weather.

I have the prostars and 255 60 15 tires.. Not many sizes for 15" rims anymore. I couldn't find a 275 that wasn't a drag radial. So I bought different wheels. But 255 60 15 is still being made . Good luck

Nitto drag radials. I had them on a few cars and they are a great combination of street/strip tires.
