TKO 500 or 600?

My tranny took a crap at the track Saturday so I am looking into what I need to do. My plans are to put a 5.0 stroker with twin turbos in spring 2007. I am still putting a NX wet kit put on in April. What tranny do I need? 500 or 600. I have 4.10's now with 315/35/17 Nittos out back.

Why bother with either when you could get a 6 speed. I say T56! The cheapest one will safely handle 440lbs of tq and probably about 500hp.

But if you do decide on the 5 spd, definately get the 600. I'm surprised they still sell the 500, as almost everyone opts for the stronger 600.

TKO 600 all the way. The T-56's are overrated. You can hold better power with the TKO IMO. That's the way I'm going anyways.

Get the 600.

btw TKOs are stronger than the T56s, but ppl tend to have a love/hate relationship with that tranny. Some either love it while others hate the supposed notchy feel.
