To trickflow street heat kit owners...

Sorry to yank this thread back to the top but I have a few questions about the kit...

Which other parts did you guys get with the h/c/i kit?
Did you need stronger injectors?
Different throttle body?
MAF?
Better fuel pump?

The stang will be mostly stock besides bolt-ons(and of course the kit)

I do want to get it supercharged in the future but not til next year.

Thanks
Patrick

130K bottom end but I got the O-ring heads and swapped the cam out for the E(live in CA). Stage 2 Centerforce and kept the stock injectors for now... but I'm planning on upgrading to 24s though. In the meantime I bumped my fuel pressure to 43ish so I don't lean out on the top end. The kit is a drop in kit so everything just bolts right up... no need to modify anything to the stock shortblock. Unfortunately I don't have any dyno numbers or track times yet but its good fun for me and I get about 20mpg(3/4 freeway). And everything else in the sig...

I bought my Trick Flow Track Heat Kit from www.Blueovalperformance.net you'll have to call to get the info on it the kit isnt on the website yet. I absolutely love the kit came with everything except lifters. Plus Blueoval got the shipping to me real quick. You dont need to notch the pistons for the kit too fit since the kit comes with the stage 1 cam. You'll love the kit you might want to think about getting the black powercoated one there is picutres of it in my signature looks real sweet I think it looks better then the plain gray.

My headgasket was blown and I was going to just do the gasket but I got a tad carried away. If your compression is good... there really isn't any harm if you are looking for more power.

Good call. The Ford Racing lifters are pretty good. They are made by Crane I believe. You can go for a more expensive set but seeing how the stock ones lasted 130k you should be fine with those.
