Tokico D Spec best settings?

Was wondering if anyone out there owns a set of these and if so what best results they had with the settings. I'm driving an 2013 RTR as a daily. I want to be able to hug the road well and still get a nice launch on the street, not doing too much drag racing anymore at the track.

I daily drive with my d spec at 4.5 turns off hard front and back. tighten it up for a little fun to 4 and 4. Never gone past 3 of hard front and rear too hard and bumps sucked.
