Too Much Torque!!!!!!!!

I researched this topic alot, but I need to know if this is too ripped up to simply realign and weld back in place? Should I completly remove it (cut it out) and fab a new box? I
already have the RNH TQ box reinforcment kit, which I will install to complete this project. Please ANY advice will be GREAT!!!

If the base floor metal isn't too distorted then you should be able to simply realign it and put it back together. The hard part is smoothing out the original spot welds and puddle welding them back together.
