Too Much Torque!!!!!!!!

I researched this topic alot, but I need to know if this is too ripped up to simply realign and weld back in place? Should I completly remove it (cut it out) and fab a new box? I
already have the RNH TQ box reinforcment kit, which I will install to complete this project. Please ANY advice will be GREAT!!!
