I have a 5.0 that I'm going to put in front of a rebuilt C4, and I don't want to use the old TC.
Does any one here have any experience with this brand?

TORQUE CONVERTER 2800 STALL 66/69 C-4 11-7/16" BC Boss Hog "Night Stalker" 2,800 RPM Stall Torque Converter, 1966-1969 C-4 with 11-7/16" Bolt Circle, 1.375 Crank Pilot, 26 Spline, Pan Filled.

The "Night Stalker" converter is perfect for mild street use. Works great in vehicles with stock or mildly modified engines that see both daily driving & need more lower-end "grunt" (harder launches). Bolt-in install, NO modifications are needed. Increases stock stall by approx. 1,000 RPM.

Features include:
-Welded impellers and turbines
-Oversize bearings
-Preground hardened pump hub
-Fusion Mig welds
-Computer balancing

I have a 289 waiting to be built, and for that motor I have a 270H comp magnum cam, .500/.500
I think this converter will work with both the stock 5.0, and the 289 after I get it built. THe nice thing is I'll already have a flex plate to go with the 289, instead of having to buy one for the 5.0...
