torque or performance tune?

I have an 06 GT with the JLT2 intake and SCT programmer with a bamachips tune. My question is what tune should I set it on for the best performance in a straight line race from eather a roll or a dig? Torque tune or Performance tune?

I am not at all experienced with these tuners, but I fully expect that the torque tune would make the car more fun to drive on the street while the performance tune would be for maximum, drag race horsepower.

Honestly I could not tell the difference between the two when I was running a 91 octane tune. Now I run a 93 octane tune, and just decided to keep with the performance one.

My butt dyno just isn't that developed or sensitive.

:OT: How do you run a 93 octane tune with 91 octane gas, or do they actually still sell 93 octane? They sure don't in my neck of the woods.

I used to be in California, which is why I had the 91 octane. Now I've been sent to Germany where they have 93 octane....I just upgraded my tune with the availability of the 93.

I like the 87 octane tune. This is the tune i used when i ran my 13.26 @100mph. I wasnt really able to tell the diffrence between the 91 performane or torque tune.

I live in VA and we have 93 Octane gas. The tune runs great from JLT.

We have it in OH as well, heck we have sunoco 94 if you like.
