torque specifications on puttin stuff back together.

I need the torque specs for the lower intake, upper intake, valve covers, rocker arms, lifter retainer, water pump, timing cover, cam bolt, crank bolt, the oil pan bolts. I know this is a lot to ask but any help would be appreciated.~Derek

oil pan 106-142 in. lbs
crankshaft damper bolt 110-130 ft.lbs.
camshaft gear to camshaft bolt 40-45 ft lbs.
timing cover bolts 142 in. lbs.
water pump bolts 15-21 ft. lbs.
lifter retainer two drops of locktite on each bolt and tighten very lightly to approx. 5 ft.lbs.
rocker arms seat to cylinder head bolt 18-25 ft. lbs.
valve covers 142-212 in lbs.

lower intake tighten in proper sequence in 3 steps first torque to 8 ft.lbs then 16 ft.lbs and final step torque to 23-25 ft lbs.
upper intake 12-18 ft. lbs.

For the balancer bolt I know it's 110-130 but I don't have a torque that goes up that high. Is it safe to just torque it as much as I can?

The lower intake needs to be tightened down in several steps...it will take more than 3
