I got my car back up and running in june. So I just now got time to get some tires and went to the track sat night. First time running with a blower.( at a track)

60' 1.94

ET. 8.20

MPH. 90

I just bought a set of used MT street radials. These tires are really good, but I haven't got used to launching with these just yet. I set them at 15psi and ran 3 times that night.

first run of the night I got 8.3 @ 87 mph 2.1 60'
2nd run I got 8.3 @ 88.6 mph 2.0 60'
3rd run was my 8.20.

I know these tires are good for 1.8 or lower, I just need to practice more.

What's the best 60' you guys have pulled with MT Street radials?? let me know if my car is able to run a 7.70 or 7.80 with these tires. I believe it's possible.

You can do alittle better in your 60's but nut bad. I did a 1.6's on 17" mt's and a stock suspension.

I pulled a couple 1.85-1.91's slipping the clutch on street tires. Then I pulled 2.05+ on nitto drag radials.?? Dont worry, track conditions, practice, etc will all add up. youll get there. I think its possible to get high 1.6's on those tires, maybe more. My buddy ran an 11.94 with bolt ons on his ls1 with those tires. I wouldnt stress it.
