TREMEC 3550 backup lamp swithc is BAD

does anyone know where I could find a backup lamp switch for a TREMEC 3550? mine is bad. better yet, if someone could cross reference it to something I could pick up at a local parts store, that would be awesome.

The Tremec 3550 and T5 use the same backup light switch.

See AutoZone Part Number: F404, cost is $19.

negative, the F404 is about half inch longer. the one in the TREMEC is threaded all the way to the end, the F404 is not.
