Uhh.... yeah. That IS a PS. Look at the sidewall on the back tire. Those are the wheels i was talking about though. They're a little "thick" looking but the style i think would be awesome.

Yeah, but aren't Lightning wheels some weird kind of METRIC size, rather than the 5 x 4.5" pattern like the SN95's...? That would involve using some crazy adapters and/or some exotic one-off kind of hubswap of some kind ... which would hardly be worth it, just to be able to fit some rims on there...

As far as Ranger and Explorer rims and the like ... ehhhh, maybe. I mean, you can get 'em for dirt cheap from boneyards and such, I'm sure, and they'll plug right onto a 5-lug setup ... but the backspacing might be an issue on a Fox. They'll stick out too far - their backspacing is a bit too shallow.

I've seen Ranger/Explorer rims swapped onto Crown Vics and such that look VERY nice, but those have very similar backspacings because they usually have really tall, thick-sidewalled tires, anyway - they've already formed the fenders on those vehicles to account for that sorta thing. Mustangs were made with much shorter tires and so they made the backspacing on those rims deeper so they'd still tuck safely under the fenders.

Anyways, most Ranger/Explorer rims are going to be 15" x 6" or 15" x 7" rims, on average - you wouldn't be able to fit tires any wider than you would on, say, a set of 10-holes or turbines, especially considering that the fenders would be an issue (even with the fender lip rolled in).

Not trying to kill your idea, but just some things you probably wanna consider, first...

Ranger wheels should fit on Mustangs.
Theres several Rangers around here with Mustang wheels.
