Tuning A V6 Questions

Thinking of getting a tune on my 04 V6. The guy thats gonna do it says he uses the DiabloSport and SuperChips. I have no idea which would be the better option ?? Also will i get more out of the tune if i tell him to set the 93 octane tune and pump that fuel from now on after the tune? Or stick to 87. Im looking for the best results performance and fuel economy wise. Thank you.

Save your money, you have no reason to get a custom tune unless your motor has been extensively modified. You can pick up a handheld tuner and use a canned tune to get maybe a few ponies.
