Well, I couldnt get my car to run quite right with the pro-m 80mm callibrated for 42# injectors. I took the 42's out and put back in the stock 19's and it cranks right up but wont idle. Give it gas and it sounds great, so I am thinking that the meter is still sending a pw for the 42's which is way to small for the 19's. I am looking for a way to trick the meter and have it send a stock pw to the injectors. Any help?? Thanks in advance.

Don't want to drag this off topic, but it will bump your thread. :D

Does Tweecer send you a base tune if you provide them with vehicle info? I know AFM does. Thanks and I hope someone can help you with your problem.

I saw your thread on the Tweecer forums. I don't understand why you put the 19's back on. You went from no start, to start and no idle. I would put the 42's back on and put the Cranking PW Mutiplier vs Time to .6 . Thats what I did and it starts great. The Pro-M meter in eletronically calibrated for your injectors. I know what your asking but, it wouldn't solve your problem. You'll just be chasing another problem. I know it's frustrating, but stick with it. Another thing that will definately help it start better, is to adjust your injector offsets. The values in there right now are too much for the 42's. You can find them by doing a search on the tweecer forums. Good Luck..

My intention is to get the car running with the 42's, but I need to use it as a daily driver for a couple of weeks while my wifes car gets some bodywork done. So she gets my driver.....I get my project.....so now I need to get it up and running immediately which is why I switched things out. Trust me, I tried switching the cranking vs. time.......vs. ect and everything else related to cranking but no luck. I got lots of great advice and I am not ready to give up I just need to put it on the back burner. But yes, I did switch one problem for another because now it will start, just wont stay that way. I understand why it is doing it....running lean because of pw.....but I havent figured out how to get around it yet. Any help with this quick fix would be great. Thanks again.

Also zero out the startup fuel table above about 100-140 degrees. The values are subtracted from the target af ratio in the base table. You will need to enter the hi & low slopes and ofset vs batt voltage that are correct for 42's, these will also help.

Should I set the high and low for 42's? Wont that keep sending the wrong pw to the 19"s that are in there now? I have the high and low and batt vs inj offset set back to stock tune right now to get it to run as it did before I put the new maf and 42's on. Is there a base fuel table that I can adjust to have the 42# pw that is being sent by the computer from the maf and turn it into one for 19# pw? Thanks again for all the input.
