I Posted a couple weeks ago about my project and ambitions and now i have some updates...

1. The HP stage 1 is being sent out next week to coating and that should take ~5days.
2. Im no longer getting the Boss 302 because of availability, going with a Dart Block..that should be done next week aswell i believe.
3. in progress of installing my new MM control arms and reassembling the transmission(seperated the halfs)...steeda triax and frpp steel bearing retainer.
4. Prepping engine bay for paint and still contemplating the whole car being sprayed.

-Im also thinking about an aem engine management.. pricey but i can get ~40% discount

.

Here's my original thread.

Sounds cool. The Dart block should do well.

The local Mustang shop I use got their hands on a new Boss 302 block and had it bored/stroked to a 347. It's going into a 95 GT that has the full MM treatment and a six speed T56. The 95 GT is primarily a road course racer, so I can't wait to find out how the owner likes the new setup. I'm sure it will do quite well and hold up to whatever he throws at it. No power adders will be used.

Keep a spreadsheet of all the expenses you make on this project. Should be interesting and humbling to see what you spent in the end. If you end up with something close to what you wanted, then it is probalby worth it for sure.

Good luck.

Yeah it is coming together pretty fast and i feel lucky. A good solid has helped speed everything along. I could have it together by beginning of march but i'm gonna push it back towards april to take my time, weather is also better and i learning to drive the beast on wet roads would be a little to much fun.

Replacing my axle bearings tonight and i imploded one of them, no kidding, hard hit using the slide hammer and it popped out w/ all the rollers flying.
