Decided to go back to the stock 16's. IMO they look the best on this car anyway. It took me awhile to find some but with patience I got lucky.
I do have all center caps but forgot one at home when these where taken.
These street tires are absolutely useless from any kind of roll in 2nd or 3rd gear.
Enjoy.

Looks good and I really hate to bust a nut.

The rears are the wrong offset. You could correct the problem easy though by swapping out the axles with stock length foxbody 5 lugs or Ranger pick up axles. Aerostar van axles will work also.

Really nice looking car. I just thought you should know.

Good eye Marcus!! When I bought my 89 the guy had the fronts on the rear and rears on the front. With the fronts on the rear it scraped at every bump! Just driving it home on the freeway it would scrape if there was a dip!!

If he put in the shorter axels would he also have to change the brackets holding the calipers on? The rear discs would be moved inward and the calipers would now be in the wrong place.

I wondered if someone would catch that. I noticed it as soon as I had them beside my stock ones. But I only have one rear of the originals so I will have to use these. Lucky I had all 4 center caps. They dont bother me sticking out a hair though.
I may ended up swapping axles and getting stock length anyway and just deal with the caliper issue becuase its hard to find any sort of wheel to fit good with these. I want to buy prostars for the track but it wont work wiith these axles.

You can't get anything past Marcus, that's for certain.

I thought that rear 3/4 shot looked a bit odd when thinking back to my dearly departed '89. Even with the correct offset rear wheels Saleen still rolled the fender lips to allow additional clearance for the tires.
