Is it better to work one side at time?

I had someone tell me you set one wheel straight as you can visually, then work on the other side.

Anyone install upper control arms with the press fitted upper control arm bushings? Dynacorn has a mentioned as an upgrade option.
I purchased a few parts from a swap meet years ago and nreally gave the parts a once over. I recently noticed one side had press fitted bushings and the other regular screw in upper bushings. I figured the guy adapted Chevy press fitted bushings on one of the “A” arms, due to wear issues.
Now that I’m able to work on the car, part searching has allowed me to discover the press fitted bushings.
