Upper intake, cant torque it! Help!

Okay, So I have all the studs in for the upper, all electrical plugged in and everything else is fine.

Now I have a 90 Mustang and a Trickflow StreetHeat upper and lower intake. I simply cannot torque down two of the studs because I cannot even get a socket in there. If you are standing directly infront of the car, its the front right and back right stud that I cannot fasten down because of the Upper intake shape. I cannot even get a wrench in there, and yes they are all 12 point just like the nuts are. The other two can be easily torqued from the top and the left side can easily be torqued also its just those 2 on the drivers side. Some guy said a special tool is used, but he did not carry it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Just snug them tight with the open end of a wrench on the front, no intake can be torqued there.

For the rear one I use a 1/4" drive or I have a thin wall 3/8" drive socket.

did the same thing on my street heat intake. just got the feel on the torqued ones and applied about the same amoutn of pressure to the ones i couldn't get a socket on
 
you need to use the box end side of the wrench since it is a 12pt, of the wrench will not fit on you can take the intake off and grind the spot a little till you can fit the wrench over the nut.
 
I modified a 12 pt wrench. on the box end I made a cut @ 12:00 Oclock and another cut @ 2:30 Oclock (ended up with a partial open ended box 12pt wrench), I also cut the wrench to a length of 4". hope this helps and makes sense. Chris
 
I have a trackheat intake - I don't use a torque wrench on any of the bolts - just snug it down tight - they don't need much to stay on - for the two that are difficult to get to, I use a short closed end wrench - it slips right on - no grinding needed - at the back of the intake, it is all done by feel - I can turn the nut only about 1/8 of a turn at a time - takes a little while, but is easy once you get the knack. The wrench is only about 4-5" long - so there is a limit to how much torque you can actually generate with it.
