I dont know if its just me that has had bad luck with them but i just got a chrome rad cover and door sills as well as other suspension parts. All their stuff has been good to me but these two parts came not in the best shape.

The rad cover has a few (3) lines in it like they were stacked on eachother then rubbed, the lines are in there pretty good might get a bit better with some polishing.

The door sills have scuff marks all over them, they were turned back to back and wrapper properly but it almost look like someone to a quick sos pad to them, and no there not brush aluminum. Well they look like they are used swirls and quite a few scuffs/scatches.

Call them and tell them your not happy with the way they looked. Once you talk to them then post up what they say and do.

The UPR billit overlays I run on mine fit like CRAP, and their alum. Door pins didn't even fit right, I had to drill and re tap them. The door overlays fit well though.

Well try calling them. Do you have to pay duty on a replacement part from the us? You never know what a company will untill you call them. And they should make it right.
