I don't think you can put a breather on valve cover. I think it messes with the pcv valve or something. I read about it somewhere but can't remember all the details. Someone smarter than me can provide answer to that.

Edit: I just noticed you don't have the valve covers with filler neck. You already have a filter installed in back of passenger side valve cover. I would imagine if that's working then all you need to do is plug off the TB and call it a day.

Its not a filter its just like the filler neck tube open and connected to tb

It's either all in or nothing with the pcv you shouldn't run the breather and pcv together . I am plugged with breathers on my vc . You must delete the line that goes from the throttle body to the valve cover or else it would be pressurizing the crankcase whether you run the pcv or not . The design of the systemax which I have read many other have the same issue makes the pcv draw oil into the intake path like a siv which is why I chose to plug it off and run open breathers.

Ok so my pcv is hooked in the back top of lower intake to upper intake?,do i just run a tube with no pcv valve?,or plug it?,then just put open breather on valve cover?
Thanks im learning here...lol
Edit: just read it again and you already said you plugged it,so open breathers both sides then right?

I have ran just on one side but both sides is ideal . You don't want the crankcase pressure building up . You can use a freeze out plug to plug it off or a expandable plug with a little rtv on it to seal it up .

I would shorten the hose on the Radiator side to keep it away. Guaranteed it makes contact when the engine torques.

I personally would shorten more. How long is the stinking rad nipple?

The Hose has to be cut more . Mine is like half of that . And I had to bend the top brackets sung with the rad and cut a piece of old belt to use as a spaced to keep the rad real tight so it wouldn't move to come toward the pulley

I had to do the same things... I will say though your radiator is a different brand than ours and it appears its thicker which will give you these extra clearance issues. I will go out and measure my rad dimensions tonight.

If that's the case which I think it is too - take the rad rubbers and slice them to half the thickness with a razor blade allowing it to move forward enough to clear the pulley .

try rotating the hose on the thermostat towards the driver side of the car. It may pull the hose away from the alt pulley. Also, did you try and push back the top of the radiator a little and tightening up the hold down bracket? I think that is your problem- the radiator is not pushed back enough. I see your end tanks are thicker than the radiator which is pushing it out... can you notch or massage the radiator support a little for clearance?

That's more then enough now . Just make sure you have the rad hold down snug so it can't come back into the pulley and you're golden .

I measured my radiator thickness. My mid section is 2&1/8" thick. My side tanks are thicker, didn't measure those. Maybe this will help for reference.

I agree with TOOLOW91, I'm about the same clearance. No issues.

I had issues with engine torque and fan. Worked with the rad mounts to get it all the way back to frame and what I mentioned earlier about pushing bottom of rad back as far as it will go on rubber support. Then of coarse I really compressed the rubber gasket on fan shroud and tightened the bolts to hold it. No more problems.

Work it bro.
