valve cover baffle

The passenger side valve cover has the hose that runs from the oil filler neck to the throttle body. Well, to run roller rockers, so I'm told, you have to remove that baffle inside the cover. What should I do with the opening in the filler neck? I don't wanna hook it back up to the TB cause it'll suck oil up, won't it? If I plug it, will it be too much for the PCV valve to handle? If so, where should I re-route it? What have you all done? Thanks guys.

It'l be ok I have no problems.
some roller rockers you don't have to take the baffle out

Yes you do have to remove the baffle. (usually )
My car is S/C so I plugged off the valve cover nipple.
PCV can handle the vapors easily.

buy a breather with a nipple on it, thats what I did, I ran the hose right back to the stock location at the throttle body. The breather (closed style) acts as a baffle in my opinion or at leasty mine did the bottom of the breather has a plate and allows minumin air to pass.

You need some type of breather, whether it's open or closed, you need something.

It's on the lower intake in the back. You have to practically lay ontop your motor to see it.

I am going to install cobra 1.7 next week. Anyone kn0w if I can use my stock vlave covers and will I have to jjjjget rid of the baffles and what I can do with my breather line?? I was just going to take out baffles and keep the line but will the line now suck up too much oil??

I'm just goina buy a $20 breather filter from FRPP and delete that hose.

Jason that wont work in good ole Calif cause I would fail the visual inspection!

That sucks, guess you better move out here to Ohio where we don't have any of those emission tests on our vehicles. I run an off-road X-pipe and will remove my smog pump when I swap motors. I've heard guys running the hose without the baffle and not having issues but I've also heard it can happen.

Right Jason it does suck big time, but there must be a legal way to vent this engine! I also have heard rummors that it can suck oil big time!!
