I'm going to be buying a crate motor here in the next few months and it comes with non efi valve covers. I'm going to keep the efi set up, with that said I know that I more than likely have to get a spacer for the upper intake. Now with these covers I has a hole cut out on both covers. If I use these covers with the efi is all I will have to do about the holes is just get breathers for them? Or would it be better to just get some efi covers?

Depends on what you want I just got my crate with boss302 vc. They would not fit under my two intakes. So I bought efi polished vc from anderson motorsports, and ran those. Now just this weekend I changed my upper to a box style and my vc that came with my crate now fit. So I went and bought a oil fill cap that is a push in style to plug one side, and a breather with a oil breather with a nipple outlet on it and hook a hose from it to the throttle body. Like the stock efi covers have. So it is still sealed but vents the crank case in the same way a stock 5.0 does. The main problem with clearence on the Boss vc was the throttle cable bracket. I bought on from mc-machine that moved it up quiet a bit and that helped. mc-machine.com - 5.0 throttle cable bracket
