Valve covers made Specific for the SN95 5.0!!

Just incase you still dont believe us, heres some photos that I just took. I didnt grind anything away on the outside behind the alt because when you tighten the top bolt on the bracket down, the alt. pulls right into place but I'll be fixing that once I have my car apart again.

I've had success with running the Trick Flow and Comp Cams Polymer covers with no clearance issues with rockers or alternator (and both under $100).

The VC's FRPP sells for 5.0's fit as well. No issues on the alt. I cant think of any vc off hand that doesnt fit because of the alt, its always the oil fill neck.

i use the stock fox v.c.'s too
although i am game for some cool looking covers that will fit

Steeda VC

Picked up a Steeda 2004 catalog at FFWeekend, and they now have new "hardcore" valve covers available for $129.00 that fit the 5.0 motor
with stud mounted rocker arms.

The downside is you have to install a 1" spacer for Fuel Ijected manifolds.

I'm also using Fox valve covers, so They went right on without a hitch.

Well I stand corrected, I don't know why, but the Fox covers we have in the garage do not fit, my car must be a freak, or maybe the TFS High ports place the valve cover location more forward.

Stop being such a jack ass if people are making them fit then why dont you belive it. Its the same damn motor why wouldent it fit?

Sorry for trying to get something made by a company that will look bad ass, and bolt onto our cars, I have NOTHING to gain out of this except for the pleasure of giving back to the stang community. If you don't ****ing like it, don't buy it. Ass.

Oh, if you need to ask me why they wouldn't fit, then you need to take your ass out to the garage and look at your brackets, compare them to a fox, and THEN ask me again. In fact, go out to the garage, close the garage door, start the car, then check the brackets.. Do this for about 2 hours, it'll come to you, trust me.

BTW to all those interested, The prototypes are done, Moroso is coming to my garage tommorrow night and trial fitting them. I will talk to him then about the the EGR tube and other issues brought up in here. See what I can do.
