Valvetrain selection

Cam help needed - ASAP

This winter I plan on pulling my motor and doing a complete overhaul of the stock parts (except the rotating assembly). I will be doing the following this winter to the motor, and I am not sure which selection I should make for the cam, springs, rockers and pushrods, along with what cam I have (roller or hydraulic). Its a 1989 5.0 with the 5-speed. This is what will be done to the motor:

  • 80MM Pro-M Mass Air
  • 30# Injectors
  • BBK 75MM Throttle Body
  • BBK SSI or RPM Intake (waiting on the SSI dyno graphs)
  • Ported stock heads
  • BBK Unequal Length shorty headers
  • Heddman offroad x-pipe
  • Flowmaster catback
  • 3.73 gears
  • 99+ 8.8" Posi Differential Carrier
  • BBK Short Throw Shifter
  • Full crane ignition system

Now for the cam, I plan on being NA for no longer then a year, and twin turbo'ing next winter. What cam will be the best for both? My brother told me that I would be best with a B303 or X303 cam. Suggestions for valve springs and what rate, and what rockers should I go with? Also, what cam came in the 89 5.0, the roller or hydraulic?

Thanks for the help.
