OK this may be a stupid question but I gotta ask. Can you change the pulley on the A-Trim blower to say about 8-9lbs.? My car (93 LX 5.0) has 147K on the original motor, all stock now so I don't think I need an S-Trim now, just a little bit more power until I rebuild the powerplant which will be when it gives up on me. I would probably be happy with 5-6lbs for now but want to know if I wanted to get a little more out of it, could I? I also don't want too much boost now because of the mileage on the motor, I don't want to end the motors life prematurely, My 96 Cobra had 117K and the blower on it since 30K before the rebuild and never had problems with anything, Thanks again...

Yes, you could change the pulley on the supercharger to obtain more boost. If I am not mistake, the a-trim should be able to handle up to 14 pounds of boost.
will the little A-trim put out 14psi? yeah most likely, if pullied to over spin it :notnice: and if you DO get that much boost out of it it will be superheated air and pretty much only useful for blowing HG's I dont suggest going over 10psi with the A-trim, it is highly inefficient at these boost levels, if you wanted that much boost you should have gotten the S-trim or SC-trim

Spot on. And if you do pulley for 10 psi, you'll need the boost retard and upgrades to fuel delivery. :D
