Vortech V-1 Supercharger. Is anyone running one on a 97Gt or pre99 at least? What kinda hp/tq number can I expect? I just want to hit the 300 mark I don't plan to boost the crap out of it 8psi is good enough for me. My car only has around 50,000 miles on it so it's still a virgin I guess. Also is there anyplace to finance a blower? College sucks!

I am running one but i need a dyno to give you accurate number but all that i have to say is that it is totally worth it. It's a torqe MONSTER. Take a another loan out. I feel your pain with college.

How hard was it to install? Your from philly, do u ever run at atco?

I havn't run there since my blower install which is challenging to say the least. Me and a guy that i know put it on tapping the pan is probally the toughest part otherwise you just run into minor simple problem that take up time. Anytime this spring if you wanna run over to Acco PM and i will be there.
