Anyone know of a good place to get a new FORD WP? I do not like rebuilds and the last one I bought I got online and they are no longer in business. Also does anyone know how to change that back EGR spacer hose? Mine is leaking bad and needs to be replaced.

Speed shops (Summit, Jegs) and the perf Ford dealers online have a nice Ford pump for about 50 beans. It's a nice deal.

Good luck.

EGR spacer hose is easy. It's just a peice of high temp hose and two hose clamps. SHould take all of 5 mins to change

I think www.buyfordracing.com also has pretty good prices on water pumps. Nothing is wrong with the ford ones but if you want something that will flow more depending on what you want to do in the future, Stewarts waterpumps are great and can be had for about 100 bucks. Summit sells them. Whatever you do, stay away from milidon. I had a milidon high volume waterpump and it wouldn't flow practically anything at idle. I have underdrive pullies which probably didn't help the situation at all but the stewarts fixed the issue. Another good waterpump company is Edelbrock but they are a bit expensive.

I know the front hose is a breeze but the back one seems a bit difficult to get to. I can nto even see the hose clamp to loosen it. How do you get ot it or at least what tool do I use?

Sorry i just don't remember since i now have aCobra intake and that hose was deleted off my car over 5 years ago. I want to saw it was just a small screwdriver. It might help to take the upper intake off to get to it

Honestly...I bought all my 5.0L pumps from Autozone. I bought new (26.99), NOT rebuilt (18.99). I have never ever had a cooling problem, or a leak afterwards. I also bought two 4.6L water pumps..1 Auto zone, 1 from GMB. Both were quality as well.
