Weird tranny grind tonight...

So I'm driving home from work... the slow driver in front of me turns off, so I'm in third and i punch it til I hit about 3800... I push the clutch all tha way in and shift to fourth, grinds..... clutch still in, grinds again... so I shift to 5th... then i shift from 5th to 4th, no problem... it was just weird... 4th has never ground before, and the clutch was fully engaged.....?

When my tranny went BOOM (LOL) it only grinded in 4th but whined real loud in all other gears and I couldn't even downshift from 5th to 4th at all. . Keep an eye and an ear on it.....I hope for your sake, it was just a fluke...
