I am getting a couple of weird codes now.
P0135 Heated O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P0155 Heated O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
P1507 Idle Air Control Underspeed Error
I changed the both of the o2 sensors at the dyno, and still got these codes. Can anyone help me figure out what's causing these so I can fix it?

when you changed the o2's did you get the right ones?

they make heated and non-heated o2 sensors, maybe you picked up non-heated ones

I just bought what Autozone told me I needed. They are bosch o2's. They only had one part# listed in the computer.

I always heard that you MUST get ford OEM to work properly...but that may not be true because I think alot of people have wide band front 02s.

Otherwise that is caused from LT headers...not enough heat on the 02s at startup because they are too far down stream.

the other thing...I would buy a new IAC.

Oh and im pretty sure you will be getting P0190 soon...so watchout for that lol.

Thanks for the help. Longtubes have been on the car since I bought it and I have never had these codes until I did the motor swap.
P0190 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction....hummmm...what does that have to do with my o2 codes? I have not had any fuel related problems yet.....knock on wood!

LOL it doesnt....but most of us forced induction guys get that code fairly often. the high fuel pressure knocks out the sensor generally. I have got it 2-3 times already...but mine are usually caused from a spike in fuel pressure thats followed by a big dip when I let off the gas under boost....its the dip to 10PSI that sometimes gets it. Sometimes it will dip to 10PSI and sets it off.

Lower compression = less heat. So if your new motor has lower compression, then you may get the code

very nice numbers

as for the codes, just run o/r pipes and be done with it. as Cody said, FI cars tend to throw that code a lot

I am running off road exhaust, and it is the front o2's causing the problems.
Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to check my wiring harness connections to the o2's and see if something got cut, pinched, or grounding somewhere when I put the motor in.

Turns out it was a bad fuse under the dash, for the 02 codes. Thanks for the help.
