Nice and cool so I knew the times would be ok. I improved my N/A times a fair bit running a 13.46 at 102.6mph(from 13.9@100). My nitrous times were a bit frustrating,I ran a 12.42(exact same as last year) at a slightly faster 112.4 mph. I wasn't sure at first if it was fuel, tire,or nitrous problems that kept me from running faster but the nest day I noticed during some agressive driving that I was getting a little clutch slip going into 2nd and 3rd. I guess I've found the limit of what that Centerforce Dual Friction can handle for torque. Gotta re-break in that clutch and get the glaze off it. Then next year will be time for someting else. Ah the joys of going faster...

Hmmm, I wonder what cluch i should run next year.

I was thinking a dual friction, but maybe a Spec stage3 instead.

Looks like Russ is getting the hang of launching. Low 13's is pretty good my friend. Especially when you really are not setup for drag launches with the suspension mods you have.

considering how dropped that car is, and that the suspention other than springs is more or less stock.. that thing launches like a bat out of hell..

some 90-10's and drag springs, and i bet it would pull the nose on the 150 shot :D

upper and lower control arms? what's it setup for then? :P it was nice talking with ya when you where down... next time we will have an n\a race lol

Because he is running cut 5300 "C" springs, and the car is slammed to the ground. Hence little weight transfer.

He may have upper and lowers but so what. They are not drag pieces but something better then stock.
