Went to the Dyno this afternoon...

I have been saying for quite a while, the car does not feel like it used to, well, after our first baseline pull, which we did two for confirmation, I found out why, it only did 352 rwhp and 360 tq. Was wayyy rich. Jeff worked his magic and reworked alot of the tune. He brought the Air Fuel up to par which resulted in 386 rwhp and 384 tq. With A/F good, we turned the Meth kit on, got the A/F set, put a little timing to her, and results are listed below. I love the idea of having both the mechanic and tuner being the same person. There is more to be had, but this is as big as I want to go......for a while, lol. I am very happy with the results. Numbers are SAE. The car did a number a few yrs ago but I dont think it was a "real" number after driving the car home from the dyno. Power band is much broader, and the Snow kit is top notch. Jordan, dont even ask, cause I aint racing ya

thats 1 thing that gets me. your cobra and my vr4 are close to the same weight, run close to the same times at the same MPH....yet i highly doubt im even making 400 whp.

iirc (its been a while since i drove my cobra) the gearing is pretty close too. i think the cobras have slightly shorter gears.

I see Stangnet has changed over the yrs. I post dyno numbers, now everybody wants to race. Perhaps you should see the cars before jumping to "wanting to race people." You bought your car already done. The ego's lately are wicked. I dont race unless its in the Sand

mtpruden, let me know when you will be at Bremerton Raceway next, I would like to see if you really have that power, or is it just another Dynojet Dyno racer

I'm sure you won't have to worry about anything, I mean I'm only trapping 132mph in the 1/4 on my 92 octane pump gas tune. with all that HP you got, I might have to run the C16 tune just for you. Your trapping what? 138mph in the quarter?
