What’s your most painful Fox repair?

I haven't experienced a heater core replacement yet but humpin stock iron heads over the fender with no cover really sucks. Especially after my old ass back was shot from pulling all the other off the day before. Close second was wedging front springs in.

Heater core mainly because it is too slow (took me about 12 hours) and too awkward (if my arms were about a foot longer it would have helped). Was tempted to get at it by cutting through the firewall but managed to resist that temptation..
Any difficult project requires a substantial reward, steak and wine did the trick..

I ordered my new heater core today, should start the project this weekend or next week.

Repair...... ahhh has to be the convertible top... I would rather design and build another blower setup from scratch a second time with just hand tools than do another top.
