What cars did Ford make with #30lb injectors

What diff makes and models did ford make with #30lb or #36lb injectors that will plug and play on our 5.0's

XR4Ti's, Thunderbird Turbocoupes and Mustang SVO's all had them. Depending on the year and model they had 30-36# injectors and different turbos.

Old school cougers and birds had them,the V8's.The old Throttle body injection.But you need like 4 donar cars.LOL.

Not all are compatible though. I beleive most of the cars listed had low impedence injectors.

The injectors used on the Mustang have around 14 Ohms of resistance. So before you install any injector check to see if you have this.

I beleive the only compatible 30# or 36# injector that will work is off the Supercoupe t-bird. Depending on the year, they either came with 30's or 36's.

Definately watch the resistance on j/y injectors!!!

CFI Injectors,
In addition to them being low resistance... Most of them will require a little work to get them in our injector bosses/fuel rails.
It is possible though...

the turbo four injectors will not work!! you are going to fry something if you use them. they run a different impedence like said before. to my knowledge the the supercharged 3.8 came with 36lb injectors and are a direct swap, also some gm injectors will work. I know that LS1 injectors are like 27lb or something like that and are plug and play. there may be some others that work as well.
