What could cause white smoke ?

Eh... he said it doesnt run hot, so that shouldnt be an issue. Now if the head is cracked on the other hand...

I would do a compression test on it, then call around and see how much a head gasket swap would be for ya..at the same time, have them magnaflux the head to check for cracks. or, go to a junkyard, pick up a head, have it checked and just put the new head and gasket on.

I shopped around a bit and there's nothing under 600$ CND... Needless to say, as a poor college student like me, i do not have the funds at all. I'll see after winter
