what is the best supercharger for the buck? I have a 1992 GT bored to a 306 with an E303 cam I plan on getting a 75MM throttle body; cobra R upper and lower intake along with the spacer; pullies; and so on

Go with a Vortec S-trim. Do not buy the A-trim, because if you want to upgrade it to an S-trim later to get more boost, you will end up spending more than if you just bought an S-trim in the first place.
You know you'll want more power right off the bat, so spend the little extra up front.
