Hey guys,

I'm trying to figure out what this is on my "new" (to me) project 03 Mustang GT. I think it's the connector for the intake temperature, but I've tried purchasing one from auto store...No luck. Is this what it is? If so, why in the world is this not fitting?!?! I've included a picture of the connector and the other end of it (mounted on the head).

The picture that has the arrow on it, shows what I'm looking for. It's the left side of the harness and what it goes to.

Those wires should have stripes on them.

Kind of hard to konw without knowing what the wire colors are. Looking at just the connector, it looks like:



The wire stripes should be Gray/Red and Dark Green/White if it's the connector for the Output Shaft Sensor.

The wire "circled" in this picture @Noobz347 ?! It's not even long enough to reach the transmission. It's just long enough to reach the area where the air intake temperature sensor would be.

I don't have a complete diagram in-front of me but look for a harness with the other half of that connector. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it should run all the way to the transmission.

Thanks for being the only person to respond @Noobz347! I just found out what it was...It was the Heated PCV valve connected!!!

No worries. I was wracking my brain to think of which plugs had only two wires. I'm not as familiar with your car as I am with the Fox body.
