What is Wrong With My Transmission? (*VIDEO*)

I have been told this is my throw out bearing. It does this when I put it in neutral and 5th gear when the transmission is cold, mainly on cold mornings and after it has sat for a while. It is quiet for a few seconds and then starts into this noise, kind of pulsing. The sound goes completely away after the tranny gets warmed up. Ideas on what this could be? I'm planning on a spec stage 1 clutch anyway, so hopefully this is only related to my clutch or TOB.

The problem is you have a T-3650 transmission, lol.

Seriously though, are you talking about the rattling noise that you hear in the video? If not I dont hear anything.

if the sound goes away when you even slightly engage the clutch pedal to put pressure on the tob, it means the TOB is going out, or you are in a mustang!

my TOB was noisy when i got the car, its even worse now. it makes the noise when the clutch is disengaged and youre moving along at 40 or whatever, and if you get next to a wall or car you can hear it bounce off of them. ive heard of people replacing the tob only 500 miles later it comes back. ive learnt to just chalk it up as a mustang thing. when i change the clutch ill change it, but even the abuse i give my clutch it still grabs strong and holds.

my 3650 made that sound and the T56 in there does too now. From what I have read its a noisy ToB. The only time I can hear it enough to bother me is when the wife is in the car and she wont let me turn the radio up cause "Its toooo loud."
