What Plugs, Stock Engine?

I am getting ready to do my headers this weekend, since my current autolite 24's have 10k on em i may as well replace them while I am in there.

You still have a good 10-15k on those but motorcraft or the same you have will work just fine.

REplace them while I am there and it buys me 20k miles iwthout touchig them. Gap them to 0.050?

It's not that hard to change them down the road.

If you do go ahead and change them, gap them to .054"

Not hard to do but finding an hour these days with the little one starting to crawl now is hard. I have to take them out anyway to do the headers right?

I don't think so. I did my headers at the same time as my heads, so I'm not sure.

FWIW, I think you are running one range colder than stock. I like the idea, but just thought it was worth mentioning.

You don't have to take them out, BUT to avoid possibly breaking one while trying to work the headers in it would be the smart thing to do.
