You should be running about 14.85 or so, depending of course on wether you ran a 9.4 flat or a 9.49.

first time at the track i ran a 15.20 and 15.22 and then a 15.30 not going to tell the really bad ones. this is with straights, short shifter, bad clutch and me-novice. mines a stick if you can't tell. i can't remember the mph but i know i had up to 96 and down around 93. don't know which times those where though. seeing what i ran and what the others guys ran, i would say you would run a 15.50 with the auto and no converter.

Nope, that's with you running the 9.4 in the 1/8th, which is rather respectable for your non-pi. You should be able to drop more than second off that with the 100shot.

Thanx for all the input guys, I won't be able to afford any mods until next spring due to buying the car... but, now I know about where I'm at and where to start modding.

Quick other question?? Does $8,300 sound about right? Just wondering what you guys think. It's a 97 GT, auto, 51,000 miles, 17" Cobra R's, exhaust and is very clean inside (Leather) and out.

Thanx,
Jason

I piad $5000 for my 96 gt stock. I'm curently getting all the parts i need for the PI swap so far i spent $150 on head gaskets, $150 on a new PI intake with the aluminum crossover on ebay, and about $90 on intake gaskets. getting my 2001 Pi heads next month from a friend on another forum for $375. i figure instalations gonna run me about $1200 or so but after i'm done i'll have about 40-60 more Hp from just the swap not including any other bolt on's i'm saving up for (complete exhaust) right now i'm stock.

you should make it into 14's with the O/R pipe, my stick car went 14.55 with nothing but a shifter and h-pipe.

Ya but that's no fair, your track is on a 45 degree downhill slope at like 10,000ft below sea level.
