What should I do next?

Over the winter I wanna do my next set of mods. I either wanna do exhuast or rear suspension. Here's what I've come up with, let me know what you think.

Exhuast:
JBA Silver Ceramic Headers - $653.59 (not sure if I should do this now or later down the road)
MagnaFlow X-Pipe w/ Cats - $400.95
Magnaflow Catback - $329.86
Total - $1384.40

Suspension:
MM Full Length Subframe Connectors - $149
MM Heavy-Duty Torque-arm Package - $1,198.94
(kit includes: Torque-arm, Panhard Bar and Standard Lower Contol Arms, the adjustable arms are an extra $124 and I don't know if I need that)
Total - $1347.94

So the question is which package should I do and why! If I do exhuast should I get the headers, and if I do the rear suspension do I get adjustable or standard LCAs?

Or I could do a combination of things, for example X-Pipe, Catback and Subframes?
