what size mass air???

what is the stock mass air meter size for a 95 cobra w/ 24lbs injectors???? the trick flow heads i just bought over ebay fell through...after 2 weeks i found out that they were dicking me around...so i got my $ back and bought some edelbrock heads for $200 cheaper...i just got through buying a bbk 70mm throttle body and 9mm spark plugs wires...i was thinking would a bigger mass air meter clibrated for 24lbs injectors benifit me???

I'd see how close you are to pegging the one you have now. My experience would say that the MAF swap will not give you much, if any improvement, especially for the money you will spend.

If you want to see if you are pegging the meter, start the car and backprobe the MAF wires to find the signal wire and a ground. At idle you'll be reading 1v and fluctuating slightly.

Set your meter to hold the peak, run it into the cabin and go for a couple WOT runs. If your meter doesn't have a way to hold the peak values, grab a friend to watch it.

If you are getting close to 4.8-4.9V it's time to think about an upgrade... if it's higher than that then you are running lean up top.

Def. see were you are with a meter or even get a tweecerR/T as at some point I bet you will want a tune.

The stock meter is 70mm

I prefer factory meters or the SCT meters but you have to have some way to enter there maftransfer into the eec via a tune or tuner.

Pro-M/Pmass would be the best choice if you dont have eec access.
