I am looking into buying some black bullitts and the ones I saw are only 8 inches wide. I was wondering what is the biggest tire I could fit on a rim that size.

275 is too wide for that rim. Best performance size for 8" is a 255. A 275 will fit, but I think the performance will be degraded due to the excessive sidewall stretch.
