What size tires on my weld wheels?

Hello all. I have a quick question about my wheels. I have weld wheels on my 88GT, and on the front i have skinnies. The tires on there now are mickey thompson sportsman tires. The size is 26x7.5-15

I need tires for inspection here in PA, and wanted to know if i can put regular tires on these wheels? Say like a 195/65/15??? Would something like that work? I think my wheels are 15x5 in the front.

i have a set of welds on my 88 hatch myself and im running 165s on the front now but plan on goin to 185 70 15s but im not sure how wide my wheels are
