Some folks loop a couple box end wrenches for leverage. Some use their leg on a breaker.
Be sure to apply threadlock to the bolts upon reinstallation.

Just heat em up a bit and they come off with ease.
I've seen many say they broke wrenches trying to bust em loose, lol.
