I'm trying to figure out what suspension to run. I'm about to order a whole s*&%load of parts and suspension is one of them. I don't want the car slammed, but about 1-1.5 inch of "Wheel Gap." I will be running 17x9 up front and 17x10.5 rears. I'd prefer a somewhat medium stiffness, but quality aswell. I plan to do shocks and struts at the same time and this will be mostly street driven, with the occasional drag-strip use. But I'm looking for more looks than drag suspension.

Post up pics and info of your car and its suspension.

I have h&r sport springs with bilstein shocks. 17x9's up front gave me some rubbing issues so I have 17x8 front and 17x9 rears. I was happy with the ride quality.

I just did my suspension w/ tokico blue shocks/struts and springs. Springs dropped it 1.25", very similar to the above poster. I purchased the whole setup of ebay for $355 shipped. Ride quality is pretty solid, car is mainly a street car w/ occasional track duy. Just did the suspension and put new rims/tires so I don't have any current pics...maybe i can take some tonight!

Any rubbing issues on the front?
I just installed a set of "B" springs and I think I have spome rubbing in the front.
I didn't install the bottom isolators on the front springs.
Did you install the top and bottom isolator on all springs?

I have very slight rub up front if I hit a bump mid turn. I have no isolators on the car. It has 98 spindles so the wheel is pushed out .25 farther as well. It only rubs the bolt head that holds the inner fender so Im not worried.

I think I'm going to try and fit 17x9 and 17x10.5's under that suspension. How much wheel gap do you have front and back?

It's kind of hard for me to tell if 17x10.5s would fit out back because I have SN95 length axles in the back. 25th has 18x10s in the rear and they fit good though. I have had 17x9s up front before and they would rub at full turn, so if you can get ahold of a 17x8 in the style that you want you should try and pick that up.

BTW...I think the cobra rear bumper looks perfect on there. I know alot of people questioned it, but I think it fits the rest of the car perfect. Hows the quality of the steeda wing and where did you get it? I'm going to go with that wing also.

Actually the quality wasn't as good as I had expected. I got the product from Steeda and for the price that you pay for it you expect it to be flawless. I got the hood and rear bumper from Design Concept and since they are cheap, I expected the hood and bumper to need some work, but that wasn't the case.

I think that the finish is good on the wing, but it is the fit that isn't that great. After I put it on the right side stuck up about a half inch off of the hatch and the screw that goes down through the wing and hatch didn't line up. Also on the front side of the wing it sits up off of the hatch about an eigth of an inch. It is not super noticeable, but it bothers me enough to want to do something about it. I think that it was worth the money mainly because barely anyone has one and they look great, very subtle. Thank you for the compliments.

Oh, sorry I actually got the wing from Steeda because the shipping was only $67 there as opposed to LateModelRestoration. I think that LMR wanted $125, but I can't remember specifically.
