What to offer for these parts?

I found a 97 GT that's being parted out. Its got 95,000 miles with a 5spd, the powertrain still runs (seen it).

I want the motor, wiring harness, transmission, and K-member.

How much should I offer for these? (What are they worth?)

Do you know what the block is like on the inside? How much will you have to buff the tranny? Not knowing this I dont think any one can help. 95k could have been rough driving, could have been grandmas grocery getter
