98 Mustang gt with 41,765 miles: new factory ford long block, new factory for transmission, 3.73 gears, pro 5.0 shifter, bassani high flow x pipe, flow master catback, leather, mach 460, etc. The car is mint, no accidents and I know the guy selling it. He works for ford and put a new motor and trans in it under warranty which have 11,234 miles now. I can get the car for 8900? Good deal or nah?

I want to get the eibach sportline lowering kit for it which lowers the car 1.7" in front and 1.5" in the rear. The car does have kyb adjustable rear shocks but stocks struts, can I use the stock struts?
Car also Has:
3.73 gear, aluminum d-shaft,shorty headers, x pipe, flowmaster,pro 5.0, 9mm wires,70mm throttle body,tint.
